Well-maintained 3 Double Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms villa
sleeping 6/7 + cot, in an ideal location facing west towards the sea with clear
uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sunsets. Set in a small complex of approx. 25
villas and apartments, many of which are owner occupied.
The villa is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained swimming
pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. For the more energetic, the best sandy beaches in
Paphos at Coral Bay are only 5kms away with water sports, bars, tavernas and shops. Kato
Paphos, the tourist area is 4kms. Away with the pretty harbour surrounded by bars, tavernas
and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are
more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours. Closer to the villa, within 5
minutes drive there are several local tavernas with traditional Greek food and local
dancing.
You enter the villa on the upstairs level. On this
floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and walk in shower
The room has air-conditioning available and has a small balcony with excellent views of the
coastline.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a large ceiling fan. This room has the same excellent views as the
main bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and a single bed/cot. Again this room has air-conditioning available
Between bedrooms 2 and 3 there is a large full bathroom with shower
Downstairs leads to further shower room, Living area and kitchen.
A fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, washing
machine and microwave oven. There is also an electric kettle, toaster and many other kitchen
utensils. Dividing the kitchen and living area there is a breakfast bar with stools.
The living area has a dining table and chairs and there is a seating area with a settee and
chairs. A TV and Radio/tape player are also included.
Two double patio doors lead on to a patio area with a table, garden chairs, sun-beds and
umbrella. There is also a small garden area with BBQ facilities.
Car parking space is available outside the front door and a large swimming pool with sunbeds;
umbrellas etc. are 1-minute walk across the courtyard.
The complex is built on a hillside giving marvelous views across the Mediterranean Sea.
Although the complex is reasonably level there is a steep hill leading to the complex- we
would recommend a car is advisable, and we can arrange inclusive price if required.
