The villa is a three-bedroom bungalow, with swimming
pool, in a mature half-acre plot. It is very quiet and secluded, located at the end of a cul-de
sac, with ravines on the side and front, with a view of the Cynthiana Beach Hotel and the
sea in the distance.
The villa is excellently situated for a quiet and relaxing holiday around a well-maintained
swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas etc. For the more energetic, the best sandy
beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 12 km away with water sports, bars, tavernas and
shops. Kato Paphos the main tourist area is approx 10kms. Away from the pretty harbor
surrounded by bars, tavernas, and restaurants, there are many shops to browse around and
further around the bay there are more bars and nightclubs, many open until the early hours.
About 25 km away there is the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoilt area
ideal for walking, fishing or lazing on deserted coves and bays. There are 2 golf courses,
one 15 mins. Drive away, the other 40mins away
Accommodation and Facilities
3 bed roomed bungalow with private pool in secluded mature half-acre garden plot at end of
cul-de-sac with excellent views of Cynthiana Beach Hotel and coastline. A car is essential
for this property
You approach the villa from the road down several steps, through the garden and into the
villa. The remaining areas are on a level site with only occasional steps near the pool.
The main lounge area has ample seating for 6-8 persons, and there is TV, Video and
satellite. There is a breakfast bar to the Kitchen where you will find fridge freezer,
dishwasher, microwave oven, and hob and oven, with other small electrical appliances also.
There is an outhouse where you will find washing machine and tumbler dryer and where the
garden furniture, drying rack and gas barbeque are stored.
The main bedroom has a bathroom ensuite, and small balcony area overlooking the coastline.
There is a 6ft wide double bed.
The second bedroom has a 5ft wide double bed and again views over the coastline The third
bedroom has twin beds, and in addition there are Z beds if singles are required.
Split unit heating and air-conditioning is available at £cy2 per day per unit payable
locally if required in the living area and bedrooms. Fly screen are fitted to all windows
There is a full bathroom in the corridor leading to the bedrooms as well as the en-suite
bathroom to the main bedroom
There is plenty of garden furniture including sun loungers, umbrellas, chairs and tables and
gas barbeque
There is a Clubhouse approx 3/4 miles away with a small shop selling essentials, a swimming
pool and restaurant and bar. Floodlit tennis courts are available for use.
The villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable holiday. Linen and
towels are provided and changed weekly.
