The apartment is located in the district of Chloraka on the outskirts of Kato Paphos and on
the inland side of the main Coral Bay road. An ideal location which allows you to enjoy the
facilities of the bustling metropolis of Kato Paphos (5km) and of Coral Bay (10km) with its
beautiful sandy beaches. The apartment is on the ground floor of a small but select
development. The distances to the various amenities are relatively short but the Apartment
block is situated on the cliff top overlooking the sea and the landmark shipwreck. It is,
therefore, recommended that you hire a car (check the link on our website for best rates).
The nearest supermarket is within a 2 minute drive away with several bars, tavernas and
restaurants are within a 4 minute drive. A drive of only 5 or 6 minutes takes you to the
picturesque harbour at Kato Paphos.
Kato Paphos is a World Heritage site containing a plethora of archeological interest. The
most famous site being the mosaics located in the House of Dionysus and the remains of two
other smaller Roman Villas situated within the Archeological Park behind Paphos Harbour.
This combination of ‘Ancient and Modern’ is one of the characteristics which make Kato
Paphos a uniquely interesting area for visitors.
Within easy traveling range are two of the most interesting and scenic areas in Cyprus. The
Akamas Peninsula famed for its scenery and Natural History is within a 25 minute drive and
the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Troodos Mountains only 90 minutes drive away.
Choosing the Paphos district for your holiday gives you so many choices of activity you will
want to come back again to enjoy its many pleasures and to spend more time with its
friendly, warm hearted people.
General Description
This modern 2 Bedroom Ground Floor apartment is located within 1km of the sea and close to
both Kato Paphos and Coral Bay. Furnished to a high standard and very well appointed the
apartment has a large patio covered by a gated pergola and surrounded by small flower beds.
This private secluded sunbathing haven is furnished with table and chairs as well as 2
sunloungers and an umbrella. The area can be secured to prevent younger guests escaping
unsupervised to the communal pool which is reached via a flight of eight steps from the
gate. Being located on a cliff top you are treated to some of the most beautiful sea views
in the district.
The apartment is air conditioned and moderate use of this facility is included in your
rental except in the peak season (Mid July to Late September) when a £6 daily supplement
will be charged for unlimited usage. This beautiful apartment is fully equipped ensuring you
have everything you need to make your holiday one full of pleasurable memories. Bed Linen
and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels with you. Cots, high chairs,
buggies etc are available at a small extra charge. Let us know your requirements at time of
booking and all will be in place on your arrival.
A Welcome pack containing all the basic needs is provided so you will not have to find a
supermarket immediately upon arrival. 24 hour assistance is available throughout your stay.
Any information you require with regard to your stay or assistance with booking of
excursions or other activities that you may wish to enjoy is available through Lynne and
Dick who have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is to satisfy!
Check in time is from 15.00 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 10:30
on the day of departure. If your flight times are awkward/inconvenient we will do our best
to assist in every way possible. Every one of our guests is a VIP!!

Accommodation
Lounge/Dining Room: The open plan living area is beautifully furnished and your
entertainment is catered for by the provision of a TV and video player so bring your
favourite videos with you! There is also a CD sound system and radio. The sofa in the lounge
area converts to a double bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, microwave,
fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and teasmade plus all the
essential utensils, cutlery and crockery. A vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board are also
supplied.
Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom
is twin bedded and also boasts ample wardrobe space. A beautiful bathroom fitted with bath
and shower over makes this a luxurious holiday retreat.
