Platzia luxury beach villas project lies on the
beachside of Kissonerga village facing the magnificent bay of Paphos. It is a project of 5
brand new beach villas with 3 bedrooms all en-suite. All villa’s are fully furnished and
equipped and each one has its own heated swimming pool, 4.5m x 9m and its own car parking
area. The villa’s are only a five minute car drive from Coral Bay and Kato Paphos and less
than 30 minutes from the beautiful Akamas Peninsula.
Accommodation and Facilities
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen which includes dishwasher, washing
machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all the usual small appliances. There is a dining
table and seating for six people and a comfortable lounge area with TV. and music system.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite with bath/shower, toilet and hand
basin which is suitable anyone with mobility problems.
Upstairs are 2 twin bedded rooms with en-suite shower rooms and large balconies overlooking
the sea.
Outside there is a private swimming pool 9m x 4.5m with a maximum depth of 1.9m, a covered
BBQ area and patio furniture, umbrellas and sunbeds.
General Information.
All bedrooms and the lounge area have air conditioning unit (heat & cool) and are available
at £2.50 CYP per unit per day which is payable locally on arrival.
Check in times are from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villas must be vacated by
11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a safe box are also included.
These villas are well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable holiday.
A maid will change the bed linen and towels weekly, please bring your own beach towels.
Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A welcome pack is supplied consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam, marmalade,
orange juice, water, red and white wine, eggs, cornflakes, fruit and powder for the
dishwasher and washing machine.

arrival.
