The apartment is well furnished and equipped to a high standard.
The location is ideal, being only a 10 minute stroll from all the amenities of the main
tourist area of Kato Paphos, the seafront and the picturesque harbour.
The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms -
1 double - with fully tiled, en-suite shower room and w.c. and own patio –
and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has spacious fitted wardrobes and all bed linen is
provided. A foldaway cot is also available. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The main bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower and w.c.
The kitchen is fitted with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine and is
fully equipped with microwave, utensils, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen leads out to the
main patio area overlooking the swimming pool.
The spacious lounge and dining area, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar, is
comfortably furnished with settee, armchairs and a table and chairs to seat 6. A highchair
is also provided. Sliding doors lead out to the rear covered patio area and garden.
Outside, the swimming pool is 12m long, for use by residents only, and there are showers and
a changing room. There is also ample car parking space if required.
General Information.
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by
11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.
Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels
Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange
juice is supplied
24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you
may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian and
Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local
knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember.
