A 3 bed apartment in Chloraka, close to all amenities,
including several Tavernas and bars, large supermarket, banks etc. all within a 10-minute
walk.
For the more energetic, the best sandy beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 5kms. away,
with water sports, bars, tavernas and shops. Kato Paphos, the tourist area is 4kms away with
the pretty harbour surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants. There are many shops to
browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until
the early hours. Closer to the villa, within 5 minutes drive there are several local
tavernas with traditional Greek food and local dancing.
Accommodation and Facilities
The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and comprises of 3 bedrooms. The main
bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and ample wardrobe space. There is also a balcony
overlooking the pool and affording lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea towards Coral Bay
area.
The other 2 bedrooms, one is a double the other has twin single beds, wardrobes and dressing
tables. Opposite is a bathroom with bath and shower, wc. and hand basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and
the usual utensils. Between the loung/kitchen is a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The
lounge/dining area has comfortable seating,a dining table and chairs. A TV. video and DVD.
player and a music system including radio and CD player are also supplied. There is a guest
toilet with WC and hand basin. Off the lounge is a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and
has patio furniture including tables and chairs.
Downstairs is a swimming pool 8mx4m approx and a large paved sunbathing area with
sunloungers, chairs, table, hammock and umbrellas. There is also a BBQ area.
A studio next to the pool has shower, WC. and basin and has a kitchen including sink, fridge
and kettle Car parking space is available.
General Information.
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by
11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
This apartment is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.
Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels
Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange
juice is supplied
24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you
may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian and
Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local
knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember.
