This tastefully furnished and well equipped apartment
is situated on the second floor of a small block most of which are owner occupied overlooks
The apartment is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained
swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. For the more energetic, the best sandy
beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 5kms. away with watersport’s, bars, taverna’s and
shops. Kato Paphos, the tourist area is 4kms. away with the pretty harbour surrounded by
bars, tavernas and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and further round the
bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours. Closer to the
apartment, within 5 minutes drive there are several local tavernas with traditional Greek
food and local dancing.
Accommodation and Facilities
You enter in to an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen
The lounge which is spacious and has comfortable seating for 5 persons and a TV and DVD
player. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. Off the lounge is a balcony overlooking
the mountains with a patio table and chairs.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven,
washing machine, microwave. kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils. Off the
kitchen is a small balcony
Both bedroom have twin single beds and have ample wardrobe space.
The apartment is air conditioned in both bedrooms and the living area.
Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and wc.
Outside there is a large communal swimming pool 10m x 5m, depth from 1.1m to 2.8m with sun
loungers and umbrellas, There are toilets and changing rooms next to the pool Under the
apartment is a large covered parking area
General Information
Check in times are from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival and the villas must be vacated by
11.00 hours on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
The apartment is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable holiday
For rentals of more than one week a change of bedding will be supplied and if maid service
is required this can be arranged at £6.00 per hour paid locally
Extra Z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc are available at an extra charge
A small welcome pack is supplied consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread milk, jam,
marmalade and orange juice. If you require extra shopping, e-mail a list and it will be
waiting for you in the apartment, payment on arrival.
24 hour assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information
you may require and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian
and Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of
local knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember.
