Situated on a small and select development this brand
new town house is located in a quite and peaceful residential area but is less than a 10
minute stroll to the seafront, harbour, shops and restaurants.
The property is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained shared
swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. The local municipal beach is only 15 mins
walk from the villa at Kato Paphos, the main tourist area with the pretty harbour surrounded
by bars, taverna’s and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and further round
the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours. For the more
energetic, the best sandy beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 9kms. away with water
sports, bars, taverna’s and shops.
Downstairs you enter into a spacious living/dining area with seating, dining table and
chairs. There is a TV and DVD player. Of the lounge is a WC and hand basin. The small compact kitchen is fully equipped
including fridge/freezer, washing machine, and all the usual small appliances.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony
overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedroom has twin beds and there is a bathroom with
bath/shower, W.C. and hand basin.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned and moderate
use is included in the price
Outside there is a shared pool 11mx5m with sun-loungers, tables and chairs and umbrellas.
Car parking space is provided.
The apartment is well equipped with all the requirements for an
enjoyable holiday
For rentals of more than one week a change of bedding will be supplied and if maid service
is required this can be arranged at CYŁ6.00 per hour paid locally
Extra Z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc are available at an extra charge
A small welcome pack is supplied consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread milk, jam, butter,
marmalade and orange juice. If you require extra shopping, e-mail a list and it will be
waiting for you in the apartment, payment on arrival.
24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you
may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc.
