Situated in the recently completed Paradise Gardens
complex this brand new apartment is located in a quite and peaceful residential area but is
less than a 10 minute stroll to the seafront, harbour, shops and restaurants.
The apartment is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained shared
swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. For the more energetic, the best sandy
beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 9kms. away with watersports, bars, tavernas and
shops. Kato Paphos, the tourist area is less than 1kms. away with the pretty harbour
surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and
further round the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours.
Accommodation and Facilities
You enter into a large lounge/dining area which has a dining table and 4 chairs. There are 2
easy chairs and a sofa bed settee which can sleep 1 person, an extra cot or z bed can be
supplied at a small extra charge. There is a TV and music system. The area has air
conditioning.
Off the dining area is a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven,
washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. There is crockery,
cutlery and glasses for 4 persons
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space and is air conditioned.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.
Outside the garden area overlooks the pool with a table and 4 chairs. At the front of the
apartment there is a covered car parking area.
General Information
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the must be vacated by 11.00 hrs
on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
This apartment is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.
Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels
Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange
juice is supplied
24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you
may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips, car hire and excursions
etc. Ian and Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast
amount of local knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to
remember
