These 2 beautiful brand new villas can each accommodate
up to 8 people in comfort. The villas have 4 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. They are
furnished to a high standard and are ideal for families or a group of people arranging a
wedding or family reunion.
The panoramic views to the sea and the countryside are guaranteed to make this a relaxing
holiday.
The villas are located in Yeruskipou (sometimes spelt
Geruskipou) on a hill with beautiful views less than a 10 minute drive to Kato Paphos, which
is the tourist area with its pretty harbour surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants.
There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and
nightclubs many open until the early hours.
There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the villas are a 15 minute drive from the
airport. A car is essential for these villas and details can be found on our web page.
The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom, there are a further 3 bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms
The modern, spacious lounge has a feature fireplace, a triple sofa and comfortable chairs
and TV (not satellite)
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, large
fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob with extractor, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen
utensils. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also supplied.
All rooms are fitted with A/C units for cooling and heating.
Outside there is a private pool approx 8mx4m with sun-loungers, tables and chairs and
umbrellas.

Although International in cuisine, Cyprus is proud of its own mouth-watering dishes, sweets

welcomed at vineyards to sample excellent wines, and award winning beer is brewed on the
island.
Cyprus has a wide variety of shops and markets where locally made filigree silverware, hand
made lace, leather goods, colorful rugs, basketwork, copperware and terracotta pots are
popular buys.
Steeped in history, Cyprus is rich in archaeological treasures and there are many intriguing
sites to visit.
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by
11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
This villa is well equipped with all the requirements
for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.
Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels
Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange
juice is supplied

Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local
