This brand new villa is situated on the hillside between Coral Bay and the village of Peyia
it has what can most simply be described as the WOWWW factor in abundance!! Because of its
secluded location car rental is recommended. Interior design and furnishings are of
executive standard chosen by the owners for their private use. This Property is ONLY
available to clients whose tastes are for the ultimate in luxury accomodation. Villa
Stavroulla is NOT suitable for children under 10 years of age!
The surrounding area is noted for its scenic beauty and is adjacent to many sites of
archaeological interest. From the villa you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the
Mediterranean on the one hand and the surrounding hills on the other. A 15 minute walk will
take you to the amenities of the town of Coral Bay with its magnificent sandy beaches or
those of Peyia village depending on whether you turn right or left on your departure from
the villa. Villa Stavroulla is within a 20 minute drive of the town of Paphos and a mere 35
minutes from the International Airport.
Coral Bay and Peyia are well served by a range of restaurants, bars ( most equipped with
large screen TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial
surroundings), supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers,
souvenir shops and a local taxi service. The very best of the local supermarkets is situated
behind the church in the centre of Peyia. Your nearest taverna, The Vineyard Taverna, is
within sight of your front door a mere 4 or 500m walk away!
The location is secluded yet the wonders of the Akamas Peninsula and the Troodos mountains
are close by. The Akamas is a paradise for all who have an interest in Natural History being
a World Heritage designated Wilderness Site; a place where the Flora and Fauna have evolved
without interference from man! In the Troodos range during the Winter season you can go and
ski or snowboard in the morning then sun bathe or swim in the sea back in Coral Bay in the
afternoon!!
General Description and Accommodation
The villa is a split level design with the entry level being at road level and second lower
level leading to the pool and main garden/leisure area. No expense has been spared in the
building or equipping of this fantastic villa.
The open plan living area which is entered at road level is spacious, airy and luxuriously
appointed and furnished. For your entertainment a wall mounted 42” Plasma Screen TV has full
SKY satellite connection and there is also a DVD Player and a CD music facility. Just off ,
but open to, the ultra comfortable lounge area is a space age kitchen of Italian design
which is fully fitted and equipped with granit work tops and a breakfast bar. The dining
area is furnished with solid wood dining table and chairs and has access directly ontoa
large balcony furnished with high quality outdoor furniture.
There are two bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom is situated to the rear of the
villa having patio doors giving private access to the same patio accessed from the dining
area. The room is furnished with a king sized bed and features fitted furniture and a
stylish en suite shower with extra large power shower enclosure. The second bedroom is twin
bedded and has extensive fitted wardrobes. Next door to this bedroom is its own fully fitted
bathroom with corner bath and separate power shower cubicle of glass brick construction.
A spiral staircase leads to the lower level on this level is the utility room complete with
all facilities as well as a facility for making Tea/Coffee and a toaster for snack making.
The largest bedroom, twin bedded, is on this level and has a full en suite bathroom which
boasts a large bath with marble surround, modern hand basin and separate power shower
cubicle accessed via a folding glass door. A patio door gives access from this bedroom to
the extensive lower tiled terrace also accessed by another patio door leading from the
enormous lower lounge. This lounge is furnished to the same luxury standard that applies
throughout this exceptional villa and boasts a large open fireplacefor toasting your toes on
that Winter visit!. There is also an office space which will offer Internet access, at an
additional charge locally, to those who simply must keep their ‘finger on the pulse’.
The landscaping of the outdoor facilities at this level shows the same impeccable taste as
the interior design of the villa. The extra large pool, which has Roman Steps for safe and
easy access, is surrounded by an extensive tiled sunbathing area generously equipped with
loungers and chairs. Between the lower terrace and pool area are raised beds full of shrubs,
palm trees and other plants to delight your eyes. There is also a large covered pergola
furnished for dining and having its own covered kitchen/bar. The kitchen/bar is stone topped
and has its own sink, fridge and barbeque. It has a beer pump which can be supplied with
20pt barrels and charged for locally. In short everything you need is to make your holiday
memorable is here at Villa Stavroulla even down to a discretely sited WC with handbasin to
serve the pool area.
A curved staircase leads from this lower area to the upper terrace and the front of the
villa.
Other Information
High quality bed linen, towels and beach towels for use in the pool area are provided. If
you are going to use the local beaches please bring your own beach towels for this purpose.
A Welcome Pack is provided on arrival which can be expanded to include your choice of other
items. This expansion of the welcome pack is subject to an additional charge payable
locally. Use of air conditioning or central heating depending on season is also subject to
an additional charge which is CYŁ10 per day payable locally. Maid service and linen change
is provided twice weekly as is pool maintenance.
Any information you require with regard to your stay; or assistance with booking of
excursions or other desired activities is available through Ian, Lynne and Dick all of whom
have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is your complete satisfaction with your
holiday!
Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00
on the day of departure. Whenever flight times are awkward we will do our best to assist in
every way possible. To us you are all VIPs!
