Location
Two well appointed villas on a small highly select development of four villas sited between
Coral Bay & Peyia near the Coral Bay Agios Georgios road. Although they are close to the
amenities of both villages car hire is highly recommended. Carrying the shopping can be hard
work in a hot Cyprus summer. The surrounding area is noted for its scenic beauty and is
adjacent to many sites of archaeological interest. From the villa you can enjoy views of the
Mediterranean to the front and behind you the surrounding hills. A 15 minute walk ( less
than 5 minute drive) will take you to the amenities of the town of Coral Bay with its
magnificent sandy beaches. Crown Paradise Villas are within a 20 minute drive of the town of
Paphos and a mere 35 minutes from the International Airport.
Coral Bay is well served by a range of restaurants, bars ( most equipped with large screen
TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial surroundings),
supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers, souvenir shops and a
local taxi service.
The location is secluded yet almost literally on the doorstep of the wonders of the Akamas
Peninsula with the Troodos mountains also close by. The Akamas is a paradise for all who
have an interest in Natural History being a World Heritage designated Wilderness Site; a
place where the Flora and Fauna have evolved without interference from man! In the Troodos
range during the Winter season you can go and ski or snowboard in the morning then sun bathe
or swim in the sea back in Coral Bay in the afternoon!!
General Description
The villa has been built on 2 floors to high standards using only the best available
materials. All 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin bedded, are air conditioned and their use
is included in the rental price to keep you comfortably cool during the long hot summer
nights. Each villa has a private landscaped garden with an 8 X 4m swimming pool and patio
areas complete with the usual range of outdoor furniture. An outside shower and BBQ complete
the outdoor facilities.
A Welcome Pack is provided which contains all the basic immediate needs so that you don’t
have to head for the supermarket immediately on arrival. Maid service is provided on a once
a week basis and the pool is regularly maintained. Bed linen and towels for normal use are
supplied but you will need to bring your own beach towels with you.
Any information you require with regard to your stay; or assistance with booking of
excursions or other desired activities is available through Ian, Lynne and Dick all of whom
have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is your complete satisfaction with your
holiday!
Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00
on the day of departure. Whenever flight times are awkward we will do our best to assist in
every way possible. To us each of you is a VIP!

Accommodation
Ground Floor: The spacious living area consists of lounge and dining area to seat 6
both furnished to a high standard. The kitchenhas the usual range of fitted units with the
equipment including dishwasher,washing machine,large fridge/freezer and microwave. There is
also an adequate supply of crockery cutlery and the usual kitchen utensils.
For your entertainment the living room is equipped with TV & a music centre.
First Floor: 3 bedrooms all of which are air conditioned and en suite facilities.
Ample wardrobe facilities are provided.
