Location
This ‘home from home with sunshine’ is situated on the cliff top overlooking the beautiful
bay from which the town takes its name and has its own private access to the only Blue Flag
Beach in the area. It is close by the amenities of Coral Bay in the District of Paphos which
is noted for its scenic beauty and archaeological interest. The villa is less than 10 minute
walk from the amenities of the town of Coral Bay yet only 20 minutes drive from the town of
Paphos and a mere 35 minutes from the International Airport.
The town of Coral Bay is well served by a range of restaurants, bars ( most equipped with
large screen TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial
surroundings), supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers,
souvenir shops and a local taxi service. Within 4 or 5 minutes walk is the Coral Beach hotel
opposite which is a well stocked supermarket. Also close by is a selection of 4 or 5
Tavernas/ restaurants.
The wonders of the Akamas Peninsula and the Troodos mountains are close by. The Akamas is a
paradise for all who have an interest in Natural History being a World Heritage designated
Wilderness Site; a place where the Flora and Fauna have evolved without chemical
interference from man! In the Troodos Mountain range during the Winter season you can go and
ski or snowboard in the morning then sun bathe or swim in the sea back in Coral Bay in the
afternoon!!
General Description
The villa has been built on one level and is furnished comfortably giving it that ‘home from
home’ atmosphere Air Conditioned throughout to keep you cool through the long hot summers.
Large Sun Terraces, partially covered to give a shaded area to retreat from the day long
sunshine, overlook the bay with steps leading down to the beach. An ideal area to take your
ease and enjoy the wonderful views. In the early evening you will be be able to sit and
observe the most fabulous sunsets you have ever seen whilst enjoying your favourite tipple!
This is THE life!!! An adjoining conservatory, equipped with chairs and loungers, means that
at least the sensation of al fresco dining can be enjoyed all year round. A few steps lead
down to the 8 X 4m swimming pool which is well equipped with sun loungers, patio table and
chairs. This also a barbecue and a Kleftico (clay) Oven for the outdoor chef to demonstrate
his skills! Trees, shrubs and other plants make the outside aspect a truly pleasant one.
A Welcome Pack is provided which contains all the basic immediate needs so that you don’t
have to head for the supermarket immediately on arrival. For our younger guests we can
provide a cot. Ample bedding and towels for normal use are also supplied but you will need
to bring your own beach towels with you.

Accommodation
Living Area:
The front door leads into a small hall and
thence to the kitchen. which has a good range of appliances including gas hob, electric
oven/grill, fridge/freezer , washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and
ironing board plus all the essential crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. To the right
you enter the main living/dining area. The living area is comfortably furnished with
seating for 6 and a coffee table. For your entertainment the area is equipped with
SatelliteTV, Video Player ( bring your favourite videos with you) and Music Centre (CD, tape
cassette player & Radio). The Dining area is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs.
To the left of the
kitchen are 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1
is furnished with 1 double and 1 single bed, ample fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with
lamps, dressing table, and armchair. There is an ensuite shower and patio doors lead onto a
small terrace.
Bedroom 2
is twin bedded and has, ample fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing table and
armchair.
In this area there is a
bathroom fitted with bath with shower over, washbasin, and WC. There is also a cloakroom
with washbasin & WC.
