Location
Villa Nefeli is situated not far from the centre of Peyia village about a 15 minute walk
from the main amenities which include several first class restaurants, bars, tavernas,
supermarket and shops. Because the village is built on a hillside walking can be quite
challenging except to the true aficionado of trekking. It is, therefore recommended that
visitors hire a car for the holiday. The beaches and amenities of Coral Bay are only a 5
minute drive away.
The wild beauty of the Akamas Peninsula is within a 15 minute drive from your front door and
the breathtaking scenery of the Troodos Mountains about 80 minutes away . The Akamas is a
veritable ‘Pandora’s Box’ for all who have an interest in Natural History being a World
Heritage designated Wilderness Site; a place where the plant and animal life have evolved
without being adversely affected by man! In the Troodos range during the Winter season you
can go and ski or snowboard in the morning then return to Coral Bay for Sea Kayaking, for
swimming or simply for sunbathing by your private pool!
For the golfer there are 3 superb 18 hole courses within easy reach. Tsada a twenty five
minute drive away, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley 45 minutes drive along the coast
towards Limassol the main port of Cyprus. Booking a golfing holiday outside the peak season
means that we are able to arrange special deals for you including a free round of golf per

For the ‘History Buff’, the ‘Incorrigible Clubber’ or the rest of us, the delights of Kato
Paphos with its picturesque harbour are only 20 minutes drive away. Whatever your taste
there is something to interest you in Paphos which is perhaps what accounts for its ever
growing popularity as a holiday destination.
General Description
The villa is a split level design and has been built to very high standards using high
quality materials. Fixtures, fittings and furnishings are also of very good quality. Air
Conditioning is fitted throughout to keep you cool through the long Cyprus summer. A large
veranda to the upper level gives access to superb sea views and is an ideal place to drink
your ‘sundowners’ as you watch the fabulous sunset.
The whole outdoor area is very well maintained and equipped with sun-loungers, umbrellas,
table and chairs etc. The pool is approximately 8m x 2.5m just right for cooling off between
bouts of sun tanning although it has a solar heating capability just to take the chill off
the water in the cooler times of the year. A gas-fired barbecue is also available for your
use. Car parking space is provided.
Ample bedding and towels for normal use are also supplied but you will need to bring your
own beach towels with you. Moderate and considerate use of the air-conditioning system is
included in the rental charges.
Any information you require with regard to your stay; or assistance with booking of
excursions or other desired activities is available through Ian, Lynne and Dick all of whom
have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is your complete satisfaction with your

Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00
on the day of departure. Whenever flight times are awkward we will do our best to assist in

Accommodation
Entry (Road) Level: Entry is via a very spacious lounge/dining
area which is comfortably furnished. The lounge has reclining leather covered sofas and the
dining area is provided with a table and chairs seating 6 with ample ‘elbow room’.
For your entertainment the living room is equipped with TV, VCR (so bring your favourite
videos with you to supplement those provided), a Music system, and a good selection of
books. There are 2 A/C units in this living area and patio windows give direct access to the
L shaped veranda. The veranda is well furnished with outdoor furniture and has a shade which
can be lowered when you need a little respite from the sun! From here the view of the
coastline stretches from horizon to horizon; truly magnificent!!
The kitchen is an integral part of the living area and is fully equipped. Equipment includes
fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary
crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Lower (Pool) Level: This area is accessed by stairs from the living area and consists
of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a metal (brass effect)
framed double bed and has an en suite bathroom equipped with a double shower. It is also
blessed with a spectacular coastal view from the window! The second bedroom has a King Size
mahogany “sleigh” bed; the third is a twin bedded room. There is a fully tiled family
bathroom complete with bath hand basin & WC. The lower level accommodation is completed by a
small kitchenette area, between the master and other 2 bedrooms, which has a small fridge,
sink and storage area.
The pool area is accessed from the lower level accommodation and is well supplied with sun
loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas providing the guest with a sun worshipper’s paradise
