Bedroom Semi Detached Villa is situated on a small select development. The location is quiet
and peaceful but less than a 10 minute stroll from the seafront, harbour, shops restaurants
and all the other attractions of the Kato Paphos tourist area. The nearest supermarket is
about 5 minutes away, the seafront 1km, and the Harbour a mere 1.5km away. The Old Town is
less than 2.5km from the villa and Paphos International Airport only a 15 minute drive away.
Within that short walking distance are a huge variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs
and shops. Paphos now even boasts a Starbucks Coffee shop among its selection of
international fast food outlets and their local counterparts. Kato Paphos is a World
Heritage site and contains much of historic interest the most famous of these are the
mosaics located in the House of Dionysus and the remains of two other smaller Roman Villas
located within the Archeological Park behind Paphos Harbour. This combination of Ancient and
Modern makes Kato Paphos a uniquely interesting area for tourists.
Within easy traveling range of Paphos are some of the most interesting and scenic areas in
the Republic of Cyprus. The Akamas Peninsula famed for its scenery and Natural History is
within a 35 minute drive and the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Troodos Range a mere
90 minutes away by car. Choosing Paphos for your holiday gives you so many choices of
activity you will want to come back again soon to enjoy again its delights and spend time

General Description
The villa is newly built and fitted
out to the highest standards. The large 8m X 4m pool is surrounded by a paved area with sun-loungers,
umbrellas, tables and chairs supplied making it a very attractive facility indeed. Car
parking space is provided.
The villa is fully air conditioned and its moderate use is included in your rental. This
beautiful villa is fully equipped with all that you need to make your holiday comfortable
and one full of happy memories. Bed Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own
beach towels with you.
Extra beds, cots, high chairs, buggies etc are all available at a small extra charge. Let us
know your requirements at time of booking and your specific needs will be catered for before
your arrival.
A Welcome pack containing all the essentials is provided; so you will not face the prospect
of finding a supermarket immediately upon arrival. 24 hour assistance is available
throughout your stay. Any information you require with regard to your stay or assistance
with booking of excursions or other activities that you may wish to enjoy is available
through Ian, and Lynne both of whom have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is to
provide every assistance in making your holiday memorable for all the right reasons!
Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 11:00 on
the day of departure. Whenever flight times are awkward we will do our best to assist in
every way possible. All of our guests are VIPs!!

Accommodation
Ground Floor: The spacious open
plan Lounge / Diner is comfortably and generously furnished for the needs of 6 adults. Your
entertainment is also catered for by the provision of TV & DVD Player ( bring your favourite
DVDs with you) and a music system Off the lounge area is a downstairs cloakroom with hand
basin & WC. Patio doors lead out on the patio area and the pool. The Kitchen is fully
equipped with Cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine plus all the essential utensils,
cutlery and crockery. Even ‘The Naked Chef’ would feel at home in this kitchen!
First Floor: The Master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool, is
furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC. The
second bedroom has twin single beds with an en-suite bath and shower and a balcony looking
towards Paphos.
Second Floor: The third bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower room and a
large private balcony, ideal for sun bathing.
