A high standard, attractive 3-bedroom villa with a
private pool set in an exclusive development in one
of Coral Bay's prime locations only 150m from the
sea yet close to the resort's centre. An ideal place
for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained
garden and pool with a large sunny patio.
Location
Coral
Bay is 10km north of Paphos on Cyprus west coast. A
relaxed and exclusive resort near the sea with its
own local amenities.
Coral Bay is well served by a range of restaurants,
bars (most equipped with large screen TV to allow
you to watch all the major sports events in
convivial surroundings), supermarkets, bank,
pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers,
souvenir shops and a local taxi service.
En route to the village, a 15-minute walk, you will
pass one of the best beaches in the Paphos District,
which is one of the few in the area, which has been
awarded the coveted Blue Flag for its high standards
of cleanliness and safety. Within 5 minutes walk is
the Coral Beach hotel opposite, which is the best
supermarket in Coral bay. Also close by is a
selection of 4 or 5 Tavernas/ restaurants.
The villa is a short walk (4 min) to the lovely
local beach, and close to all major attractions in
the area: the Akamas National Park - where you can
hike, dive, drive and explore, Kato Paphos - the
main tourist area, 3 excellent golf courses, an
exciting water-park, the genuine ambiance of the
traditional Cypriot villages around, and the clear
air and magnificent views of the Triodes mountains
which are about an hour drive away. While in Paphos,
visit the renowned Archaeological Park and
historical sites with the world's most famous
mosaics.
Golf: There are 3 excellent world class championship
courses around Paphos, all within a short drive from
the villa: Tsada Golf Club, situated on an elevated
position 550 metres above sea level to ensure cool
breezes.
The Secret Valley Golf Club, lies within a scenic
valley and offers panoramic views.
The brand new and exciting Aphrodite Hills Golf Club
which offers a championship standard course with
breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea.
A Welcome Pack, containing all your immediate needs,
is provided so that you don’t have to visit the
supermarket immediately on arrival even though it is
a mere 3 minute walk away. All that you need to keep
your holiday home and clothing neat and tidy is
provided. Extra Z beds, cots, high chairs and baby
buggies are available at a small extra charge. Let
us know your needs at time of booking and you will
find what you asked for in the villa on your
arrival. Ample bedding and towels for normal use are
also supplied but you will need to bring your own
beach towels with
Any information you require with regard to your
stay; or assistance with booking of excursions or
other desired activities is available through Lynne
and Ian both of whom have lived in Cyprus for over
10 years. Our aim is your complete satisfaction with
your holiday!
Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival
and the villa must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of
departure. Whenever flight times are awkward we will
do our best to assist in every way possible. To us
each of you is a VIP!
Accommodation
Bedrooms: 3 comfortable bedrooms are situated on the
first level: a well-appointed master double room
with ensuite bathroom, and 2 twin rooms with a
second large bathroom. A third WC is on the ground
level. All bedrooms have a/c units and plenty of
wardrobe space. A/c Use is optional at CYP 2.50 per
day per unit paid locally on arrival.
Kitchen: The dining area is open plan and has a
large dining table with chairs seating 8 people. The
kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer,
cooker, electric hob, washing machine, microwave,
etc.
Living Rooms: The ground floor is spacious and open
plan including a living area and the dining area.
The living area has a twin sofa bed and 2 armchairs,
coffee tables, a TV/Sat, DVD and a mini Hi-Fi
system.
An iron and ironing board are also supplied.
Pool: Outside there is a private pool 8x4 m, a large
sunny patio, sun loungers, tables, chairs,
umbrellas, and a landscaped garden.
Beach: The villa is only 4 min walk to the lovely
‘Corallia’ Beach (see photo).
