A high standard, attractive 3 bedroom villa with a private pool set in idyllic surroundings between Coral Bay's prime locations and the sea caves only 100m from the sea with fantastic mountain views. An ideal place for a peaceful and quiet relaxing holiday around a well-maintained pool with large sunny patios, and private roof terrace.

Location

This beautifully appointed villa is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area and yet close to the amenities of Coral Bay in the District of Paphos an area noted for its scenic beauty and archaeological interest. The villa is a mere 20 minute walk from both the amenities of the town of Coral Bay and the magnificent sandy beaches of the area yet only 20 minutes drive from the town of Paphos and a mere 35 minutes from the International Airport. The nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants are 600 metres away with the Corallia beach only 500 metres walk from where there is a bus service into Coral Bay and Kato Paphos, which runs every 20 minutes. A car is recommended with this villa.

The village of Coral Bay is well served by a range of restaurants, bars ( most equipped with large screen TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial surroundings), supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers, souvenir shops and a local taxi service. En route to the village, a 15-minute walk, you will pass one of the best beaches in the Paphos District, which is one of the few in the area that has been awarded the coveted Blue Flag for its high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Within a 10 minutes walk is the Coral Beach hotel opposite that is the best supermarket in Coral bay. Also close by is a selection of 4 or 5 Tavernas/ restaurants.


Less than a 3 minute walk is a local taverna named Yallios and is owned and run by Renna and Pambos and the family.
They serve traditional Cypriot food and a meal for 2 with a carafe of local wine would cost less than £20CYP.
A 5 minute walk takes you to Spillies pool bar which serves snack meals and is partly built into a cave.
Both these bars/tavernas have spectacular views and to have a quiet drink and watch the most fantastic sunsets.

Golf

There are 3 excellent world class championship courses around Paphos, all within a short drive from the villa: Tsada Golf Club, situated on an elevated position 550 metres above sea level to ensure cool breezes.
The Secret Valley Golf Club, lies within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views.
The brand new and exciting Aphrodite Hills Golf Club which offers a championship standard course with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea.

General Information

A Welcome pack containing all the basic needs is provided so you will not have to find a supermarket immediately upon arrival. 24-hour assistance is available throughout your stay.
Any information you require with regard to your stay or assistance with booking of excursions or other activities that you may wish to enjoy is available through Lynne and Ian both of who have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years.
Our aim is to provide the assistance you need to make your holiday memorable for only the right reasons!
Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. If your flight times are awkward/inconvenient we will do our best to assist in every way possible. All of our guests are VIPs!!

Accommodation

Living Rooms: The ground floor is spacious and open plan – L-shaped including a living area, dining area and kitchen, with a small utility room off.
The living area has a twin sofa bed a second comfortable sofa and armchair, coffee tables, a TV.
The kitchen/Dining area has a large dining table with chairs seating 6-8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob, microwave, etc there is a washing machine in the adjoining utility room.

An iron and ironing board are also supplied.

Bedrooms: 2 comfortable bedrooms are situated on the ground floor level with family bathroom between, ideal for anyone with mobility problems, with a further spacious double bedroom on the first floor up the lovely wooden staircase with shower room en-suite. From the upstairs bedroom there is access to a very large roof top veranda area, with sun beds and parasols, and stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains All bedrooms have a/c units and plenty of wardrobe space. A/c Use is optional at CYP 2.50 per day per unit paid locally on arrival.

Pool: Outside there is a private pool 8x4 m, and a separate small children’s pool, a large sunny patio, sun loungers, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a well attended gardens.
